Numeos Technology (“Numeos”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you.
This policy is established in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 of 18 February 2009 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, together with its implementing decree, and is overseen by the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).
1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Collect
We only collect personal data that you provide to us directly or that is generated automatically when you browse the website. Specifically, we may collect:

10. Your Rights
In accordance with Law 09-08, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: to obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and a copy of that data.
- Right of rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to object: to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data.
- Right to deletion: to request the deletion of data whose processing does not comply with the law.
