This policy is established in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 of 18 February 2009 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, together with its implementing decree, and is overseen by the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).
